A while back, my friend gave me a small hank of hand-painted super wash merino yarn. It was so ugly it was beautiful, but I couldn't figure out what to do with it. The yardage was so small I couldn't make any of my normal knitted fair, so it sat in my stash for months.
Recently while talking, in all seriousness, about the colors of a zombie, a friend mentioned they should have spots of black and brown and green. My mind went immediately to my stash and so the Connoisseur's Zombie Moon Bun was born.
I've only got enough yarn to make a few of these guys and once they are gone, they're gone.
